Any information you provide on a NorthStar Academy and NorthStar HIS form is done so within a secure sockets layer (SSL) form. Any personal information that NorthStar Academy and/or NorthStar HIS transmits to you at your request is not encrypted if that email is sent or opened outside of our secure server (FirstClass Intranet Server(FCIS)). Email communications which are outside of our FCIS are not encrypted, but emails sent within FCIS are encrypted. Therefore you should not send any personal data by email outside of FCIS. NorthStar Academy and NorthStar HIS will never send you email outside of FCIS requesting personal data.
- Legally Compelled Disclosure. We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, in other words, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights.
