NorthStar HomeSchoolers may purchase the right to use any of our teacher-made lessons for the following costs:
** NorthStar Academy Parent-Led courses need to be paid before the start date of the course due to the nature and availability of the content. Students will have 6 months access to 0.5 credit courses and 12 months access to 1.0 credit courses through our learning management system (LMS).
OTHER COSTS
Shipping costs, which are based on the selection of service, and the purchase of course materials via our online bookstore are not included in the tuition costs (shipments made to addresses which are outside of the USA may be subject to additional customs fees levied by the local government).
REFUND POLICY FOR PARENT-LED STUDENTS
NorthStar Parent-Led families may "test drive" the lessons for each of the courses for which they have registered for 3 weeks. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our resources, you may cancel your enrollment within 3 weeks from the start date of the course for a refund of the tuition. If the refund request comes after the 3 weeks there will be no refund.
Students will purchase all of the needed lesson resources (textbooks, software, etc.) directly from the publisher, producer, or vendor, or from our online bookstore.
