- Personal Data We Collect from Enrolling Students. Personal data identifies an individual, for example by name, address, telephone number, and/or e-mail address. If you send us email or request information, your name, email address, and any other personal data you supply in your message may be collected for future internal use but never given or sold to outside parties.
- Security. NorthStar Academy use reasonable measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, deletion, or alteration. Any information you provide on a NorthStar Academy form is done so within a secure sockets layer (SSL) form. Any personal information that NorthStar Academy transmits to you at your request is not encrypted if that email is sent or opened outside of our secure server (FirstClass Intranet Server(FCIS)). Email communications which are outside of our FCIS are not encrypted, but emails sent within FCIS are encrypted. Therefore you should not send any personal data by email outside of FCIS. NorthStar Academy will never send you email outside of FCIS requesting personal data.
