NorthStar Academy Supervisor Agreement

As a valuable member of our school community, you have the privilege of interacting with NSA students, teachers, and staff from all around the world every day. With this privilege, comes responsibility.

Parents and Supervisors agree they will not engage with any students) that is not under their direct supervision.

Engaging with students includes emails, chats, video chats, or any other source inside of NorthStar Academy.

If the NSA Administration receives a report that an individual is communicating with a student for reasons outside of educational purposes:

The NSA Student Safety Team will send a request to Support, specifying who to research, which system(s) to research, which dates to research, and what information is needed.
Support will run reports in the systems) based on the request from the NSA Student Safety Team.
Support will send results to the NSA Student Safety Team.

If evidence confirms the report, Child Safety Protection Protocols will be initiated. The incident will be referred to the appropriate authorities per NICS (Network of International Christian Schools) policy and local law.
