FROM THE TEACHER

Do you like to travel to new places, get to know new cultures, try exotic or delicious cuisines from different countries or converse with people from different backgrounds? AP® Human Geography explores the way in which we as humans interact with not only one another but the earth as well. Throughout the course we will become geographers by studying topics that affect humans such as the causes of migration, population decrease and growth, cultural influences, language development, religion, urban patterns, etc... This AP® level course helps us to understand one another and the world around us better.

If there are books and materials for this course, they can be purchased from our Online Bookstore.

We covered a lot of material on a huge range of topics. I found I could apply almost all of them to the world around me.
