Elementary Bible: The Character of God (BB1)
1 (semester course)
Students in grades 4 or 5 can choose this elementary Bible course.
Elementary Bible: The Character of God answers the question, “Who is God, and can I really know Him?” by laying the foundational truths upon which the evangelical Christian worldview is built. Students will learn how God reveals Himself to His people, how to know what is true, and God’s plan to restore harmony to His creation. Students will find the answers to life’s essential questions, “Who am I” and “What is the purpose of life” in addition to acquiring tools to help them live according to their identity in Christ. Throughout the process, students will explore the concept of Worldview and begin building an understanding of how people perceive the world around them.
Have you ever asked yourself, “Why am I here?” or “What is the meaning of life?” I have! As humans, we search for answers to those and similar questions because we were created with a need for our Creator, God. In this course, we will work together as you seek the answers to life’s greatest questions by exploring God’s character and His plan for His creation, which includes a plan for you! You will learn to use tools given to you by God that will help you live a healthy life of hope and purpose that your Creator planned for you.

Honestly, I really loved learning about God in this course. My teacher did very well and answered all the questions I had. I had a lot of fun doing this.
The ‘Who Is God?’ textbook was useful in learning. I like the activities that come with it.
Some of the discussions had very interesting questions to answer.
