In this course, students will learn about many aspects related to living a healthy life, including exercise, nutrition, mental health, substance use, human sexuality, and consumer health. All course topics are investigated through a biblical perspective. Students respond to the course content by participating in activities, group discussions, case studies, and a virtual health fair as they learn to apply what they’ve learned to their own lives. This course gives students tools to live a truly healthy life.

Special Notes:

Due to the nature of the course material in HLTH110, this course may only be taken by high school students ages 14 and older.
